The research reveals different approaches to the problem of creolized texts and the place and the role of an image or any other code in them. It describes the types of relations between verbal and nonverbal parts of the texts that contain paralinguistic signs. A microblog text is considered as an example of a polycoded text and a numerical analysis shows the type and percentage ratio of the microblog text content.
